Bungay win at Poringland to go third

Poringland Wanderers 0-1 Bungay
A second-half goal from Harley Pluck gave Bungay all three points at Poringland on Saturday in a agme the Black Dogs dominated. Match report here See league table.

Reserves beaten, 'A', and Sunday sides win, Ladies Reserves beaten

Bungay Reserves lost 2-5 at home to Sheringham Reserves.  The 'A' had a good 2-1 win against Norton Reserves. The Sunday 1st Team reached their League Cup quarter-final with a 4-2 home win against Norman Wanderers, and the Sunday Reserves had a fine 4-3 away win at top fo the table Horsford.
The Ladies Reserves lost heavily 2-11 against Red Rose.

November and December 100 Club winners drawn

The draws for November and December were made in the Clubhouse after last Saturday's game, and the winners were: £50 Fran Horsman (No.84) and Robin Gregory (No.79), £150 jackpot draw for December Carol Eke (No. 53).

Five wins for the junior sides

The Under 15s won 6-0 away to Waveney Pumas. The Under 14s moved 11 points clear at the top of Division 2 after a 7-0 home win against Waveney Panthers. The Under 13s boys beat Freethorpe 11-2 at home, and the Under 12s battle of the Bungay sides, the Athletic beat Black Dogs 11-0. The Under 12s girls beat Firside Athletic 2-0 at home.
Finally, well done to the Under 10s boys, who beat K&P Vipers to reach their Cup Final on 24th April (2pm) at Emerald Park, Gorleston, against K&P Cobras.

Games and curry night 20th February

The next Games and Curry night will be held at the clubhouse on Saturday 20th February, 7.30pm start. Pool and darts tournaments for just £5 - and a curry ordered in!
All welcome.

5 a side dates announced
