Opening league game Saturday

Bungay start their league campaign against Sheringham at home this Saturday 27th August, 2.30pmKO. This is followed by further home games against Foulsham next Tuesday and then Hindringham the following Saturday. Then in the League Cup we have drawn a mouthwatering home tie with Premier Division Harleston Town on Friday September 9th at 7.30pm.

The Under 18s and Reserves have both already started - the Under 18s lost narrowly 0-1 to Gorleston at the Maltings on Tuesday, and the Reserves lost 2-3 at Wymondham Reserves on Saturday.

Richard Daniels appointed as new 1st Team Manager; changes to other managers

The Club are  delighted to announce that Richard Daniels has been appointed as First Team Manager for the new season. It will be a retun to the club for Daniels, whose previous successful spell as Manager ended in 2011. Click here for full report and quotes.

Pete Fuller has been appointed as the Reserves' manager following Jason Trett's resignation, and Alan and David Cobb have taken over as joint Under 18s managers, assisted by Mark Beamish, after Jason Baynes's departure.

Jon Fuller returns as Chairman at AGM

The Club's AGM was held on Monday 18th July, and Chairman Shaun Cole stood down, with former Cahirman Jon Fuller returning to the position. Click here to see a list of other appointments.

Good day for the new Chairman as May, June and July 100 Club winners drawn

The draws for May, June and July were made after the AGM on July 18th, and the winners were:

Under 9s training starts

The Under 9s start training this Saturday 27th August, 9.15am to 10.30am, all Year 4 children welcome.

New coach for Ladies

The Ladies are pleased to have found a new coach, Mike Derbyshire, who will be taking training and advising on match days. Mike has had previous experience with Bungay Town as he had a spell as the men's first team manager a few years ago.
