Scorers: Nicki Hazel and Taylor Whiting
Bungay Town Ladies Reserves went to Stalham Town with a young inexperienced team and despite pulling the game back to 2-2 just after half time with Nicki Hazel and Taylor Whiting scoring, they eventually lost 6-2 to a more physically stronger team, but can look back on this as progress to build on, with some good performances from up and coming players.
Scorers: Nicki Hazell 3, P.Baker, Lauren Purling
Scorer: Paige Baker
Bungay Town Ladies Reserves, travelled to Sprowston firsts in a quick rematch after last week, but came away disappointed with a 7-1 defeat which did not reflect the game as Bungay with a stronger 14 this week gave Sprowston a hard game and only good finishing by the home team mixed with some gifted goals made the scoreline a bit harsh on the young Bungay team,Paige Baker did get some reward for her hard work with a well taken goal, but the more this team plays together it will undoubtedly soon see the results turn around as the are some useful young players coming through.
Bungay Town Ladies Reserves found the loss of a number of unavailable players too big to carry as their young team which never gave up but suffered a 6-0 defeat to a strong Stalham Town team. Young players Jordan Duke and Emily Coe worked hard up front and the bonus was the showing of new keeper Emma Locke on her first start for the club making a number of good saves. When they get the missing players back the team looks strong for the season ahead.
