Rachel Coleman will be running Yoga Classes every Thursday (during term time) 1 - 2 pm. First class starts on Thursday 10th September 2015
The classes are for All Levels including beginners. Yoga is fantastic for :
* Increasing Flexibility, Strength and Muscle Tone
* Eases Anxiety and Stress using Breathing techniques and Relaxation
* Can help people who suffer from High & Low blood Pressure
* Improves posture

Classes cost £ 7 per class if you pay in blocks of x 4 or £ 8 per class. Please bring a Mat & drink ( I do have spare mats) and places need to be booked.
